Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the age365 platform. By accessing or using age365.onl, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below.
Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and age365 ("age365", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the age365 website located at age365.onl, including all content, features, games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers made available thereon.
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the age365 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the age365 platform.
age365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all Users accessing age365 from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet on the platform.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
age365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). age365 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. age365 may adjust these limits at its absolute discretion.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. age365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used to deposit funds into the account.
2.4 Anti-Money Laundering
age365 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The platform may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required. Deposits made to age365 must originate solely from payment methods owned and controlled by the registered account holder.
Important: Depositing funds solely for the purpose of transferring them back as a withdrawal, without engaging in genuine gaming activity, is considered "chip dumping" and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Such accounts will be suspended and all outstanding balances reviewed prior to release.
3. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
3.1 Bonus Eligibility
All promotional offers and bonuses made available on the age365 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. age365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion's individual terms page. Wagering must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Failure to complete wagering within the allotted period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, the forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
3.4 Welcome Bonus
New age365 accounts registered from Bangladesh may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. The exact bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements are set out in the current Welcome Bonus terms published on the promotions section of the platform. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or device.
4. Game Rules, Betting and Sporting Events
4.1 Game Integrity
All casino games offered through the age365 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are sourced from certified third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These providers maintain independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. age365 does not control the outcomes of any individual game round. Results generated by provider systems are final.
4.2 Bet Settlement
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event of a dispute, the official result as published by the governing body at the time of settlement takes precedence over any broadcast score, third-party data feed, or unofficial source. age365's decision on the settlement of any bet is final and binding.
4.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the conclusion of the minimum required play period, bets on the affected markets will be voided and stakes returned to the User's account. Specific void rules for each market are detailed within the sports betting rules section of the platform. age365 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome was known, or where a technical error caused an incorrect price to be displayed.
4.4 Prohibited Betting Conduct
The following betting behaviours are strictly prohibited on age365: match fixing or betting on events in which the User has any direct or indirect influence over the outcome; systematic exploitation of errors in odds; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; placing bets in a coordinated manner with other accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage abuse"). age365 reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any bets suspected to involve prohibited conduct pending investigation.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
age365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; suspected match fixing or bonus abuse; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or receipt of a court order or instruction from a relevant authority.
Upon termination of an account, any bonus funds will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no fraudulent activity is under investigation. age365 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension was a consequence of the User's own breach of these Terms.
Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request voluntary self-exclusion at any time by contacting the age365 support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be restricted from accessing betting and gaming features. 6. Limitation of Liability
The age365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, age365 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
age365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings due to technical failures, network outages, or server downtime; errors in game software supplied by third-party providers; or interruptions to payment processing services caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of damages, age365's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit age365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
age365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at all times via the footer of every page on age365.onl.
age365 uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption across all pages of the platform to protect your personal and financial data in transit. Payment credentials are processed via our certified payment partners and are not stored on age365 servers. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers where necessary for the operation of the platform, or as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the age365 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of age365 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the age365 platform without the express prior written permission of age365.
The brand name "age365" and the age365 logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media profiles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which age365 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, Users are encouraged to contact the age365 support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through the platform's internal complaints procedure. age365 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the User may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory or dispute resolution body.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and age365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Waiver: No failure or delay by age365 in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translations (if any are provided), the English version shall prevail.
